Our client based in Manchester is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for a period of 1 month initially.
Hours: 8 am - 6 pm - Flexi hours up to 37.5 hours per week
£9.30 per hour
The role will involve responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat. Dealing with complaints, processing orders, and arranging deliveries.
We are looking for candidates who have a customer service background, are IT literate with good grammar, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
