Customer Service Representative (Remote Working) - Manchester Based 

Temporary Ongoing 

£21,000 - £23,000 

9am – 5pm Mon – Fri

Your role will be to provide support to the Customer Services team which will include ensuring that customer enquiries are prioritised and allocated to the relevant team members.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • To meet all service level agreements and key performance indicators set for the customer service team
  • Bring to the attention of the Customer Service Team Lead any potential problem/complaint that could compromise the integrity and reputation of the department
  • Be the ‘voice of the customer’ when operating within the business
  • Answering phone calls for the customer services team
  • Responding to emails in a professional, prompt and efficient manner
  • Efficient processing of spare part and warranty orders
  • End to end administration of warranty claims
  • Arrangement of collections for open warranty claims
  • Processing of credits for all key functions – Spares, Warranty and Returns
  • Administration and processing of Registration Cards
  • Administration of Commissioning Logbooks and issuing of warranty certificates
  • Administration and processing of Extended Warranty applications
  • Processing of warranty transfer requests
  • Assist with organisation and management of active claims in CRM
  • Liaise with other internal departments in support of the customer service advisor
  • Assist with organising and categorising all customer service email inboxes
  • Provide customers with P.O.D’s when requested
  • Assist in the administration of spare part back orders
  • Processing of spare part orders that require return
  • Assist with administration and completion of finished goods return requests 

 

Experience & Skills:

  • IT Literate
  • Regular use of office software in particular Excel
  • Customer service mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Previous customer service/contact centre experience
