Customer Service Representative (Remote Working) - Manchester Based
Temporary Ongoing / 12 Month Contract
£21,000 - £23,000
9am – 5pm Mon – Fri
Your role will be to provide support to the Customer Services team which will include ensuring that customer enquiries are prioritised and allocated to the relevant team members.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently
- To meet all service level agreements and key performance indicators set for the customer service team
- Bring to the attention of the Customer Service Team Lead any potential problem/complaint that could compromise the integrity and reputation of the department
- Be the ‘voice of the customer’ when operating within the business
- Answering phone calls for the customer services team
- Responding to emails in a professional, prompt and efficient manner
- Handling of incoming phone queries
- Collection of productivity related data for inclusion daily stat reporting
- Processing of customer orders
- Organise and prioritise customer enquiries
Experience & Skills:
- IT Literate
- Regular use of office software in particular Excel
- Customer service mindset
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Good telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous customer service/contact centre experience
