Our client based in Sale is currently looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for the overall management of digital marketing activities, to include paid and organic, across several brands. You will also own the relationship with the digital marketing agency.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer your day to day duties will involve:- 

  • Define and deliver digital marketing strategies (incorporating paid and organic) to increase website traffic, engagement, leads, conversion rates and revenue growth for various services offered by the brands. 

  • Ownership of all paid media activity across Google, Bing, LinkedIn and Facebook. You will be expected to test paid activity on other channels too.

  • Design, plan and build of all paid and organic campaigns, to achieve best-in-class B2B performances.

  • Continuous data analysis, optimisation and reporting of all campaigns to maximise ROI and drive strategic opportunities.

  • Monitor and flag digital competitor activity.

  • Accountable for innovation within the paid media and organic space with emerging digital trends.

  • Build and develop relationships with the internal sales divisions to create, monitor and analyse successful campaigns.

  • Work alongside the wider Marketing team to deliver digital activities in line with the overall marketing strategies for the brands and services.

  • Manage a Digital Marketing Executive


  • Previous marketing experience with a great grasp of all things digital including PPC, paid social, SEO, websites, EDMs and affiliate marketing.

  • Strong experience in lead generation with experience of using a multitude of different digital tools to improve business and marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a professional service based B2B digital marketing environment.

  • Hands on PPC management and email/marketing automation experience (experience with DotDigital or similar software).

  • Proven results in a similar environment and able to demonstrate practical application of marketing tools to manage activity.

  • Marketing degree, or CIM

  • IT literate, with working knowledge HTML/CSS and strong experience in Microsoft packages.

  • Experience in using CMS such as WordPress, landing page software (Instapage), conversion rate optimisation (VWO, Optimizely), Automation (Zapier) and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Working Monday to Friday (Flexi time 37.5 hours per week. Must start at 9.30am or earlier and leave no earlier than 4pm or 3.30pm on Friday)

Salary up to £45k
