Working within a collaborative Operations team, you'll support the planning and delivery of nationwide technology rollout projects for major household-name customers. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in project management, offering exposure to complex deployments, stakeholder management and operational planning within a fast-paced environment.

You'll work alongside experienced project managers, coordinating installations, managing project documentation, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers, and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of nationwide technology deployment projects.
  • Assist with maintaining project schedules and tracking key milestones.
  • Coordinate activities with engineers, suppliers and internal departments.
  • Produce project reports, status updates and deployment documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project records, trackers and installation documentation.
  • Support stock forecasting and deployment planning activities.
  • Identify risks, scheduling conflicts and resource issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and operational processes.
  • Provide general project administration to support successful project delivery.

About You

You'll be highly organised, proactive and keen to develop your career within project management. You'll enjoy working in a busy environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within project coordination, project administration or a junior project management role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Experience of technology deployments, IT hardware, retail, hospitality or field service environments would be advantageous but is not essential.

What's on Offer?

  • Salary of £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working following successful onboarding.
  • Structured training and career development.
  • Opportunity to work on high-profile national deployment projects.
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Long-term career progression within a growing international technology business.

If you're looking to take the next step into project management and enjoy working in a fast-moving operational environment, we'd love to hear from you
