Are you an experienced PA or Administrator looking for a varied and rewarding role within a growing business?

We are recruiting for a PA / Administrator to join a successful organisation based in Wythenshawe, Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting business operations and working across administration, finance and secretarial duties.

This is a busy and varied role where you will be at the centre of the day-to-day running of the office, providing support to senior management while ensuring administrative and financial processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries, appointments and schedules.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and distributing documentation.
  • Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Managing correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries.
  • Preparing, formatting and proofreading reports, presentations and documents.
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and confidential records.
  • Processing invoices and supporting finance administration activities.
  • Assisting with expense management and financial record keeping.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
  • Providing general office administration and operational support.

About You

  • Previous experience within a PA, Executive Assistant, Administration or Office Support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience supporting finance administration processes would be advantageous.
  • Experience using Xero would be beneficial but is not essential.

Salary circa £35,000 per annum
37.5-hour working week (8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday)
