Administrator
Location: Trafford Park (Hybrid working after training - 2 days WFH / 3 Days Office)
Contract: Temporary Ongoing - 12 weeks initially
Hours: Full-time Mon - Fri (8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm)
Hourly Rate: £15.38 (Paid Weekly)
We have an excellent opportunity for a temporary Administrator on an ongoing basis. This role will support the team with a range of administrative and coordination tasks and would suit someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and confident using Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Filter, process, and upload a large backlog of reports
- Coordinate additional works with other members of the team
- Manage and action two shared email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and accurate record keeping
- Carry out administrative tasks such as customer communication and follow-up phone calls
- Support the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in sales order processing, customer service administration or an operations coordination role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach
