Technical Administrator
A well-established and highly respected organisation is seeking a Technical Administrator to join their supportive, growing team based in Altrincham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in construction-related administration. You'll be working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth document flow, client coordination, and CRM management within a regulated and quality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload, manage, and maintain technical documents, plans, and reports in the CRM system.
- Proactively liaise with clients, and stakeholders to obtain missing documentation or approvals.
- Monitor and support the timely completion of administrative tasks across the technical team.
- Manage and resolve portal queries professionally and efficiently.
- Accurately label, categorise, and file documentation in line with compliance standards.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider technical department.
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction or property services.
- A basic understanding of construction terminology and technical documentation.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communicator with professional verbal and written skills.
- Technically proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable
- Experience working with CRM/document management systems used in the construction or property sector.
- Awareness of UK building regulations or compliance processes.
Altrincham, Office-Based | £27,000–£32,000 = £14.83 - £17.58 Per Hour (Depending on experience)
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (35 hours per week)
Initial 6-Month Contract (with potential for extension/permanent opportunity)
